A nice friday night.

Amanda came today. It is nice. For my birthday (26.September) Chris and Andreas gave me a sushi dinner. I haven't gotten the gift before today... We went to ETSU, a Japanese restaurant in town. It was amazing! We all ate wonderful food and had so much fun. We are going to bed soon, it's been a long but good day. Xxx

A walk around Liverpool 2.

I've been to the doctor's today as well. But this time a different one, so you'll get to see the other side of Liverpool. It's sunny and I want tea, so I'll make some, whilst waiting for my sister to arrive. She'll be here in half an hour. Can't wait. XxxHope Street.

In less than a year, I've had the chanse to go to both European Music Awards and the BRIT awards. For the EMA, I didn't go to the pre-show, so I didn't get tickets for the actual night. Now, I received an email saying I've got a ticket for the BRIT awards. It is next wednesday, and that is the day my sister is leaving and Beate is arriving. Everything allways happens at the same day. So, I won't go. I would rather spend my time with Beate anyways :D I'll watch t on TV instead.XXX By the way, I'm doing my laundry and the whole flat is shaking.

Just a selection of some people I miss. I am not actually home sick, but I miss them sooo much. I've had a busy day so far. Dance and rehearsal. I have also almost finished my marketing plan and budget for my showcase and soon I've got a new rehearsal. I like Wednesdays. Amanda (my sister) is coming on friday. Prison Area was playing at Korova tonight, so I met up with Anja and Andreas to have a drink before we went down. I've never seen them before and they were really cool! Unfortunately they don't have a MySpace, but I will give it to you when they do. I'm eating cherries and are going to bed in a minute. I've got dance tomorrow at 9. Auch... A walk around Liverpool.

I've been to the doctor today, and that means I've been walking! It's quite far away, so after I was finished I bought myself a chai latté and put my shades on. Liverpool is gorgeous when it's sunny. It makes me happy. I also had a good tutorial today, so I will get started on a portfolio right away. I am having dinner at Anja's today, and then a rehearsal with her band. I am liking this day, I think! Here are some pictures. One of the best chai latté in town and one of the cathedral I live next to and that keeps waking me up every sunday morning. Xxx

Before I go to class I wanted to show you these two beautiful rings. I bought them years ago, and yesterday I suddenly found them again. I think both of them are from "Scorpius", one of my favourite shops when I was younger. I don't actually think it excists anymore. I'll keep you updated about my day, I think it will be a good one. Anja, Kristian and me have eaten Anja's amazing fish soup. It was heaven. So, now we are going to a gig. Quite unsure of what the band is called, but I reckon they are good. Have a good sunday night :DAnja's fish soup. YUM!

I went to Tesco today. I walked to Tesco today. I bought myself the newest Vogue. Wonderful. We are having sunday club today. We are making fish soup and watching a movie. It will be nice. From tomorrow I will be a star pupil with loads of rehearsals and writing! I will do it, I WILL! Xxx

...When you just want to lay in bed with a cup of tea and a good book?! I want to do that now, but I don't have a good book or a cup of tea. I need to go out and buy it first. It's snowing outside. Oh well, I'll just drink water and read old magazines then...

Where did you buy your duvet?

We all love to stay warm in the winter while the wind is howling outside our window, but at what price? Millions of birds are plucked alive every year in Europe alone. In China the numbers are even higher. They are the largest producer og down and other feathers, and exports to many European countries. Regardless of the numbers, the birds are tortured. This method is used to save money; a dead goose can only be plucked once, while an alive one can be plucked many times. For one duvet, 75 birds are plucked. And for what?! We can manage without the feather duvets, can't we friends?! Here are some alternatives to feathers: Thinsulate, Polarguard, Fiberfill and Qualofill. Hey, I'm not cold and I certainly do not have a feather duvet. What do you say? Buy a new duvet for next winter? Good night. XXX
